In short: we only know what you tell us in a form, we use it to reply to you, and nothing on this site tracks you.
1.What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site: the consultation form on the contact page and the question form on the FAQ page.
- Always: your name, your email address and your message.
- If you choose to give them: your phone number, your company and a subject.
- Which page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading about.
- Your IP address, used only to limit how many messages one address can send in an hour, so the forms are not flooded with spam. It is deleted automatically within two hours.
2.How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to set up the call you asked for, and to discuss the work you wrote to us about. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers or add you to a mailing list.
3.Where it is kept
When you send a form, your message is stored in our database on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a copy is emailed to our team through Amazon’s email service. Only our team can read it.
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to answer you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
5.Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can raise a complaint with us. Write to info@analyca.in and we will reply.
