BI analytics that gives leadership one set of numbers

We work with your team to agree the KPIs that matter, model the data behind them and build dashboards people use to make decisions.

What we take on

  • KPI definitionWe work with your managers to agree what each metric means and how it is calculated.
  • Data modellingOne clean model of your sales, operations and finance data that every report draws from.
  • Dashboards and reportsBuilt for the people who use them, in Power BI, Tableau or the tool you already have.
  • Scheduled and real-time reportingFigures refreshed as often as the decision needs, from daily summaries to live views.
  • Predictive analyticsForecasts and trend analysis where your data supports them, explained in plain terms.

One agreed set of numbers, kept current by the team that runs your pipelines.

Where this fits in your stack

Analyca covers the whole path from database to decision. BI Analytics is the Decide layer, and the same team covers the other four.

When companies call us about BI analytics

  • You notice: Every review meeting starts with an argument about whose numbers are right.

What we do: We agree one definition per KPI with your team and build every report on the same model.

  • You notice: Our analysts spend days each month pulling reports together in spreadsheets.

What we do: We automate the data collection and build reports that refresh on their own.

  • You notice: We have dashboards, but nobody opens them.

What we do: We start from the decisions each team makes and rebuild the dashboards around those.

How an engagement starts

You see a written plan with scope, timeline and team before any work begins.

  1. Step 1: Talk

A call with our engineers about your systems, your data and the decisions you need it for.

  2. Step 2: Assess

We review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team.

For BI work, that review covers your current reports, where the figures come from, how KPIs are defined today and who uses which numbers.

  3. Step 3: Build and run

We deliver the work with documentation, and can stay on to run and support it.

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Email info@analyca.in or book a consultation.

Which BI tools do you work with?
The work can involve Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense or Metabase. If you already have a licensed tool, we usually build on it rather than ask you to switch.
Our data is spread across several systems. Can you still build dashboards?
Yes. Bringing the data together is usually the first step, and our data engineering team does that work as part of the same engagement.
Will our team be able to maintain the dashboards?
We document the data model and KPI definitions and walk your team through them. If you prefer, we can stay on to maintain and extend the reports.
How do we start working together on BI analytics?
With a call between you and our engineers about your systems and what you need. We then review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team. Work starts once you have agreed the plan.
