Cloud migration, planned before anything moves

We assess what you run, plan the move to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, migrate it in stages and help you run it afterwards.

What we take on

  • Readiness assessmentAn inventory of your applications, databases and dependencies, and what each needs to move.
  • Architecture and landing zoneAccounts, networks, access and security set up before the first workload arrives.
  • Staged migrationWorkloads moved in planned waves, each with a test and a rollback plan.
  • Database migrationData moved and verified by our database team, with the cutover window agreed in advance.
  • Cost reviewSizing and spend reviewed after the move, so the bill matches what you use.

One plan for your servers, databases and pipelines, carried out by one team.

When companies call us about cloud migration

  • You notice: Our hardware is due for renewal and we are weighing the cloud instead.

What we do: We compare the options for your workloads and set out cost, effort and risk in writing.

How an engagement starts

You see a written plan with scope, timeline and team before any work begins.

A server cabinet lit in blue
  1. Step 1: Talk

A call with our engineers about your systems, your data and the decisions you need it for.

  2. Step 2: Assess

We review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team.

For cloud work, that review covers your applications and databases, their dependencies, current hosting costs and any data that must stay in a particular region.

  3. Step 3: Build and run

We deliver the work with documentation, and can stay on to run and support it.

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Email info@analyca.in or book a consultation.

Which cloud providers do you work with?
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. If you have not chosen yet, the assessment compares them for your workloads.
Will there be downtime?
Most migrations need a short cutover window for at least some systems. We plan it with you, rehearse it, and agree the timing in advance so it falls when it does least harm.
Is every system worth moving?
No. Some systems are better left where they are, retired or replaced. The assessment says which, and why.
How do we start working together on cloud migration?
With a call between you and our engineers about your systems and what you need. We then review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team. Work starts once you have agreed the plan.
