Data engineering that brings every source into one place

We build the pipelines and architecture that collect, clean and move your data on a schedule, so reports and models start from data you can trust.

What we take on

  • Data integrationPipelines that pull from your applications, ERP, CRM, files and APIs into one place.
  • Processing and transformationCleaning, joining and reshaping data into tables your analysts and reports can use.
  • Warehouse and lake architectureA warehouse or lake designed for the data you have today and planned for growth.
  • Streaming where it is neededReal-time feeds for the cases that need them, batch jobs for everything else.
  • Data quality checksValidation, monitoring and alerts, so bad data is caught before it reaches a report.

One pipeline layer, built and run by the team that builds your dashboards.

Where this fits in your stack

Analyca covers the whole path from database to decision. Data Engineering is the Move layer, and the same team covers the other four.

When companies call us about data engineering

  • You notice: Our data sits in separate systems that do not talk to each other.

What we do: We connect the sources and move their data into one warehouse on a schedule you set.

  • You notice: Our nightly jobs fail and someone fixes them by hand each morning.

What we do: We rebuild fragile jobs with retries, monitoring and alerts, and document how they run.

    Discuss this
  • You notice: Reports disagree because each team cleans the data its own way.

What we do: We move the cleaning and business rules into the pipeline, so every report starts from the same tables.

How an engagement starts

You see a written plan with scope, timeline and team before any work begins.

  1. Step 1: Talk

A call with our engineers about your systems, your data and the decisions you need it for.

  2. Step 2: Assess

We review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team.

For data engineering, that review covers your sources, data volumes, existing jobs and scripts, where the data lands today and who depends on it.

  3. Step 3: Build and run

We deliver the work with documentation, and can stay on to run and support it.

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Email info@analyca.in or book a consultation.

Which tools do you build pipelines with?
The work can involve Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory. We choose based on your volumes, your cloud and what your team can maintain.
Do we need to move to a new data platform?
Not necessarily. We often improve the pipelines you already have. Where a new warehouse or lake makes sense, the written plan explains why and what it involves.
Can you work with our existing IT team?
Yes. We can build alongside your engineers and hand over with documentation, or run the pipelines for you after delivery.
How do we start working together on data engineering?
With a call between you and our engineers about your systems and what you need. We then review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team. Work starts once you have agreed the plan.
