DevOps that makes every release routine

We automate how your software is built, tested and deployed, so changes reach production in small, safe steps instead of risky manual releases.

What we take on

  • CI/CD pipelinesEvery change built, tested and deployed the same way, with approvals where you need them.
  • Infrastructure as codeServers, networks and cloud resources defined in code, reviewed and repeatable.
  • Containers and orchestrationApplications packaged with Docker and run on Kubernetes where that suits the workload.
  • Automation of routine workEnvironment setup, database changes and other manual release steps, scripted.
  • Monitoring and feedbackLogs, metrics and alerts that show your team how each release behaves in production.

One delivery pipeline for your applications, databases and data jobs.

Where this fits in your stack

Analyca covers the whole path from database to decision. DevOps Technology is the Ship layer, and the same team covers the other four.

When companies call us about DevOps

  • You notice: Every release is slow, manual and a little risky.

What we do: We build CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, so releases become small and routine.

  • You notice: Test and production environments never quite match.

What we do: We define environments as code, so each one is built from the same definition.

  • You notice: We find out about problems from our customers.

What we do: We set up monitoring and alerts on the signals that matter, routed to the people who can act.

How an engagement starts

You see a written plan with scope, timeline and team before any work begins.

Two engineers working at desks with code on large monitors
  1. Step 1: Talk

A call with our engineers about your systems, your data and the decisions you need it for.

  2. Step 2: Assess

We review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team.

For DevOps, that review covers how code moves from commit to production today, your environments, hosting and cloud accounts, and how you monitor releases.

  3. Step 3: Build and run

We deliver the work with documentation, and can stay on to run and support it.

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Email info@analyca.in or book a consultation.

Which tools do you use?
The work can involve GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus and Grafana, on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. We build on the tools you already use where they fit.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not always. For many workloads simpler hosting is easier to run. We recommend containers and Kubernetes only where they solve a problem you actually have.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. DevOps changes how your developers ship, so we build the pipelines with them, document them and train the team to own them.
How do we start working together on DevOps?
With a call between you and our engineers about your systems and what you need. We then review your current setup and send a written plan with scope, timeline and team. Work starts once you have agreed the plan.
